Eastpoint Nest Tutoring Program

The tutoring program at "The Nest" initiated in the summer of 2024, has two basic components: 1. Volunteers help children struggling with the required skills in language arts and mathematics, as well as other homework subjects by working 1:1 with students on areas of need.

2. Enrichment for students who are seeking to learn more beyond the regular classroom. An academic quiz game, featuring an electronic lock-out system is used to build extra knowledge and solidify what is already learned. 

Volunteers for this vital ministry are always welcomed.
